# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 3) Rules 1994, Article 8


For rule 7.8(3)(d), there shall be substituted—
“(d) in which of the jurisdictions of Scotland, Northern Ireland or a specified dependent territory the order is to be registered”.
