# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 3) Rules 1996, Article 2


The following shall be substituted for rule 2.70(1)(a) of the Family Proceedings Rules 1991:
“(a) regulation 6 of and Schedule 2 to the Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1986;”.
