Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Rules may be cited as the Family Proceedings (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1997 and shall come into force on 1st October 1997.
(2)
In these Rules, a rule referred to by number means the rule so numbered in the Family Proceedings Rules 1991f1 and a reference to Appendix 1 is a reference to Appendix 1 to those Rules.
