# The Family Proceedings (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1997, Article 12: Miscellaneous amendments


Rule 2.36(4) shall be amended by inserting, after the words “evidence filed under rule 2.24(3)”, the words “(except the statement of arrangements)”.
