Article 13 Miscellaneous amendments

After rule 2.40(2) there shall be inserted the following new paragraph–

“(3)

A cause shall be treated as pending for the purposes of this rule for a period of one year after the last hearing or judicial intervention in the cause and rule 1.2(2) shall not apply.”
