# The Family Proceedings (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2005, Article 16: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


In rules 4.1, 4A.1, 9.5 and 10.14A, after “officer of the Service”, wherever it appears, insert “or a Welsh family proceedings officer”.
