# The Family Proceedings (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2005, Article 3: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


In rule 1.2(1)—
(a) after the definition of “the President”, insert—
““the President of Gender Recognition Panels” means the office in paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Gender Recognition Act 2004”; and
(b) after the definition of “variation order”, insert—
“;
“Welsh family proceedings officer” has the same meaning as in the Children Act 2004 ”.
