  "text": "In rule 4.3(1)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a), after “leave” there shall be inserted “in Form C2”; and\n(b) for sub-paragraph (b), there shall be substituted—\n“(b) a draft of the application (being the documents referred to in rule 4.4(1A)) for the making of which leave is sought together with sufficient copies for one to be served on each respondent.”.",
