# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 5) Rules 2005, Rule 100: Amendments to the 1991 Rules


In rule 8.2(9)(b), for “at a divorce town” substitute “, in an appeal from an order under the Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978, at a divorce town, and in an appeal from an order under Schedule 6 to the Act of 2004, at a dissolution town”.
