# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 5) Rules 2005, Rule 115: Amendments to the 1991 Rules


In rule 10.21B—
(a) after “the Act of 1973” insert—
“(b) section 50(1)(d) or (e) of the Act of 2004;” and
(b) for “(b)” substitute “(c)”.
