in the heading—
(i)
after “decree” insert “or order”; and
(ii)
after“marriage” insert “or civil partnership”;
(b)
after “nullity” insert “of marriage”; and
(c)
after “the Act of 1973” insert “or an order for nullity of civil partnership under section 50(1)(e) of the Act of 2004”.
