In rule 2.15—
(a)
in paragraph (1), after “husband or wife” insert “or a civil partner, as the case may be”; and
(b)
in paragraph (2)—
(i)
after “husband or wife” insert “or a civil partner”; and
(ii)
after “(g)” insert “,(ga)”.
