Rule 26 Amendments to the 1991 Rules

In rule 2.30—

(a)

for paragraph (1) substitute—

“(1)

A witness summons in a cause pending in a designated county court may be issued in that court or in the court of trial at which the cause is to be tried.”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2), after “divorce town” insert “or a dissolution town”.
