  "text": "In rule 2.61(1)—\n(a) after “the Act of 1973” insert “, or Parts 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 5 to the Act of 2004,”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (a), after “marriage” insert “or civil partnership, as the case may be”;\n(c) for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—\n“(d) whether either party has subsequently married or formed a civil partnership or has any present intention to do so or to cohabit with another person;”; and\n(d) in sub-paragraph (dd), after “the Act of 1973” insert “or under paragraphs 15, 25 or 26 of Schedule 5 to the Act of 2004”.",
