In rule 2.68—

(a)

in the heading, after “Act of 1973” insert “or paragraph 74(2) of Schedule 5 to Act of 2004”; and

(b)

in paragraph (1), after “Act of 1973” insert “or paragraph 74(2) of Schedule 5 to the Act of 2004”.
