# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 5) Rules 2005, Rule 7: Amendments to the 1991 Rules


In rule 2.2(2)—
(a) after “nullity” insert “of marriage”; and
(b) after “judicial separation” insert “, or for dissolution, nullity of civil partnership or separation,”.
