Rule 72 Amendments to the 1991 Rules

in the heading, after “Act of 1984” insert “or under paragraph 17 of Schedule 7 to Act of 2004”;

in paragraph (1), after “the Act of 1984” insert “or under paragraph 17 of Schedule 7 to the Act of 2004”;

in paragraph (2), after “M6” insert “and M6A”; and

for paragraph (5) substitute—

“(5)

Paragraph 9 of Appendix 4 (except sub-paragraphs (5), (8), (9) and (10)) shall apply to an application to which this rule applies.”.
