Rule 74 Amendments to the 1991 Rules
In rule 3.24(4)—
(a)
after “nullity” insert “of marriage”; and
(b)
after “the Act of 1973” insert “or for an order for nullity of civil partnership under section 50(1)(d) of the Act of 2004”.
