# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 5) Rules 2005, Rule 78: Amendments to the 1991 Rules


In rule 4.6(3)(a) and (b), (4)(c), and (5), after “parties” insert “and any local authority that is preparing, or has prepared, a report under section 14A(8) or (9)”.
