# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 5) Rules 2005, Rule 82: Amendments to the 1991 Rules


In rules 4.11B(2)(b)(ii) and 4.13(1), after “parties” insert “, any local authority that is preparing, or has prepared, a report under section 14A(8) or (9)”.
