Rule 85 Amendments to the 1991 Rules

in paragraph (1), after “parties,” insert “any local authority that is preparing, or has prepared, a report under section 14A(8) or (9),”; and

in paragraphs (4) and (5), after “section 8 order” insert “or a special guardianship order”.
