# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No.2) Rules 2008, Article 11: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


In rule 4.11(1)—
(a) for “section 16, section 16A” substitute “or”; and
(b) after “section 41(2)” insert “or in acting under a duty referred to in rule 4.11AA(1)”.
