# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No.2) Rules 2008, Article 4: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


In rule 1.2, after the definition for “the Act of 2004”, insert—
““the Act of 2006” means the Children and Adoption Act 2006;”.
