  "text": "In rule 4.1—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) after the definition of “children’s guardian”, insert—\n““contact activity condition” has the meaning assigned to it by section 11C(2);\n“contact activity direction” has the meaning assigned to it by section 11A(3);\n“contact order” has the meaning assigned to it by section 8(1);”;\n(ii) after the definition of “emergency protection order” insert—\n““enforcement order” has the meaning assigned to it by section 11J(2);”\n(iii) after the definition of “family assistance order report”, insert—\n““financial compensation order” means an order made under section 11O(2);”; and\n(iv) after the definition of “specified proceedings”, insert—\n““warning notice” means a notice attached to a contact order pursuant to section 8(2) of the Act of 2006;”; and\n(b) in paragraph (2)—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (c), after “6(7),” insert “11J(5), 11O(5),”;\n(ii) after sub-paragraph (d), insert—\n“(da) on an application under paragraph 4(3), 5(3), 6(4), 7(3) or 9(5) of Schedule A1;”;\n(iii) in sub-paragraph (g), omit “or” the second time it appears;\n(iv) in sub-paragraph (h), for “.” substitute “; or”; and\n(v) after sub-paragraph (h), insert—\n“(i) on an application for a warning notice.”.",
