# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No.2) Rules 2008, Article 9: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


In rule 4.8(7)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), after “respondent,”, delete “and”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (b), insert—
“and
(c) a copy of the application has been effected under rule 4.4(3A);”.
