# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No.2) Rules 2010, Article 4: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


In rule 1.2(1), after the entry for “the Act of 2006”, insert—
““the Allocation Order” means any order made by the Lord Chancellor under Part 1 of Schedule 11 to the Act of 1989;”.
