Article 8 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

In rule 10.28, for paragraph (1), substitute—

“(1)

This rule applies when proceedings are held in private except in relation to hearings—

(a)

conducted for the purpose of judicially assisted conciliation or negotiation ; or

(b)

in proceedings to which Part IVA of these Rules applies.”.
