  "text": "Family Proceedings\nSenior Courts Of England And Wales\nCounty Courts, England And Wales\nMade 25th March 2010\nLaid before Parliament 29th March 2010\nComing into force 6th April 2010\nThe Family Proceedings Rule Committee makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(1) of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 and sections 60(4), 102(1) to (4) and (6) to (8), 141(1) and (3) of, and paragraphs 1(4) and 4(4) of Schedule 1 to, the Adoption and Children Act 2002 as applied with modifications by regulation 2 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Human Fertilisation and Embryology (Parental Orders) Regulations 2010:",
