  "text": "In rule 8.2—\n(a) for the heading substitute “Appeals to a county court and appeals from district judges under the Act of 1989 or Parts 4 and 4A of the Family Law Act 1996 or relating to deduction order appeals”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1)—\n(i) at the end of paragraph (v), omit “or”; and\n(ii) for paragraph (vii), substitute—\n“(vi) any other enactment giving a person a right of appeal against a decision of a magistrates’ court; or\n(vii) regulation 25AB(1)(a) to (d) of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations 1992; or”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (1)—\n(i) at the end of paragraph (i), omit “or”; and\n(ii) at the end of paragraph (ii), insert—\n“; or\n(iii) relating to a deduction order appeal.”; and\n(d) in paragraph (2), omit “(i) and (ii)”.",
