In Appendix 3, in the second entry—

(a)

in column (i), after “4(3),” insert “4ZA(1)(c), 4ZA(6),”; and

(b)

in column (iv), for “the father of the child if he”, substitute “the father or parent (being a woman who is a parent by virtue of section 43 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008) of the child if that person”.
