Article 4 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

In rule 3.14, for paragraph (c), substitute—

“(c)

if it is known, the name of the petitioner’s father and his residential address at the time of the presentation of the petition;

(cc)

if it is known, the name of the petitioner’s mother at her birth and, if it is different, her current name and her residential address at the time of presentation of the petition;”.
