# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) (No.3) Rules 2009, Article 8: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


In rule 4A.1, in the definition of “the birth father”, after “section 28 of the 1990 Act” insert “or by sections 35 to 40 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008”.
