# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 1991, Article 7


In rule 3.9 there shall be inserted at the end the following new paragraph—
“(10) The jurisdiction of—
(a) the court under section 1, and
(b) a judge under section 2(1)
may be exercised by a district judge.”.
