# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 1992, Article 4: Representation of minors


In rule 4.8(4), after the words “on a child” there shall be inserted the words “who is not prosecuting or defending the proceedings concerned without a next friend or guardian ad litem under rule 9.2A”.
