# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 1992, Article 6: Representation of minors


In rule 9.1, after paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following new paragraph–
“(3) Rule 9.2A shall apply only to proceedings under the Act of 1989 or the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court with respect to minors.”.
