  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the Family Proceedings Rules 1991 in the light of changes contained in the Child Support Act 1991 (“the Act”).\nRule 4 concerns the procedure for applications under the Act for a declaration of parentage (sections 20 and 27) and for appeals to the Court of Appeal from the decision of a Child Support Commissioner (section 25).\nRule 5 deals with the disclosure of information about court proceedings to the Secretary of State.\nRule 6 establishes a procedure to deal with cases where there is a dispute as to whether a court or the Child Support Agency has jurisdiction to deal with a question of child maintenance.\nRules 7 to 15 amend various forms to elicit information about maintenance assessment made under the Act. Rule 16 similarly amends the requirements of a divorce petition.",
