Article 4 Amendments in consequence of the provisions of the Private International Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995

In paragraph (1) of rule 3.11, for the words “entered into under a law which permits polygamy” there shall be substituted the words “where either party to the marriage is, or has during the subsistence of the marriage been, married to more than one person”.
