# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 1997, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Rules)
These Rules amend the Family Proceedings Rules 1991 so as to update a reference to regulations in rule 2.70 and to amend Form M1 (statement of information for a consent order) to take account of the Pensions Act 1995.
