# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 1998, Article 3: Amendment to Form M5


In Appendix 1, after the word “proceedings” at the end of paragraph 3 of the Notes to Form M5, there shall be added the following words—
“You will have to pay a fee. You can obtain details of the fee to pay and information about what to do if you cannot pay all or part of a fee from a county court office with divorce jurisdiction or the family administration branch of the Principal Registry of the Family Division.”.
