# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2000, Article 5: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


(1) In rule 1.2(1), in the definition of “ancillary relief”:—
(a) in sub-paragraph (d), the word “or” shall be omitted; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (e) there shall be inserted:—
“,or
(f) a pension sharing order;”.
(2) In rule 2.53(1), after sub-paragraph (c) there shall be inserted:—
“(d) a pension sharing order”.
