Article 6 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

In paragraph (1)(dd) of rule 2.61:—

(a)

for the words from “imposes” to “section” there shall be substituted “includes provision to be made under section 24B,”;

(b)

for “those trustees or managers have been served with notice of the application” there shall be substituted “the person responsible for the pension arrangement in question has been served with the documents required by rule 2.70(11)”; and

(c)

for “them” there shall be substituted “that person”.
