after paragraph (3)(b), there shall be inserted:—

“;and

(c)

any documents furnished to the party producing the form by a person responsible for a pension arrangement, either following a request under rule 2.70(2) or as part of a “relevant valuation” as defined in rule 2.70(4).”;

paragraph (8) shall be omitted.
