Article 14 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

in the heading, delete “from decision of child support officer”;

in paragraph (1), for “appeals against certain decisions of child support officers”, substitute “appeals to appeal tribunals”, and

in paragraph (2), for “section 27 of the Act of 1991”, substitute “section 55A of the Act of 1986”.
