Article 16 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

In the remaining provisions of Part IV,

(a)

for “guardian ad litem”, wherever it appears, except in paragraphs (3) and (4) of rule 4.8, substitute “children’s guardian”; and

(b)

except in rule 4.13, for “welfare officer”, wherever it appears, substitute “welfare officer or children and family reporter”.
