Article 23 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991
In rule 4.14, for sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (2) substitute—
“(d)the appointment of a children’s guardian, a guardian ad litem, or of a solicitor under section 41(3);”.
In rule 4.14, for sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (2) substitute—
“(d)the appointment of a children’s guardian, a guardian ad litem, or of a solicitor under section 41(3);”.
