Article 25 Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991

In rule 4A.1(1)—

(a)

omit the definition of “guardian ad litem”; and

(b)

after the definition of “parental order” insert—

  • ““parental order reporter” means an officer of the service appointed under section 41 of the Children Act 1989 in relation to proceedings specified by paragraph (2);”.
