  "text": "In paragraph (1) of Appendix 2—\n(a) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—\n“(bb) where it is alleged that the court has jurisdiction under the Council Regulation, state the grounds of jurisdiction under Article 2(1) of the Council Regulation.”;\n(b) in each of sub-paragraphs (c) and (d), after the words “has jurisdiction”, insert—\n“, other than under the Council Regulation,”; and\n(c) in sub-paragraph (ia), for “assessment” in both places where it appears, substitute “calculation”.",
