# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2003, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2003 and shall come into force on 24th February 2003.
(2) In these Rules a reference to a rule or form by number alone means the rule or form so numbered in the Family Proceedings Rules 1991.
