# The Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2005, Article 13: Amendments to the Family Proceedings Rules 1991


Amend rule 7.44 as follows—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “21(2)” substitute “28(2)”; and
(b) in paragraph (3), for “12” substitute “20”.
