Amend rule 7.48 as follows—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for “14(3)” substitute “21(3)”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

after “recognition” insert “ or non-recognition”; and

(ii)

for “21(2)” substitute “28(2)”.
